By accessing or using ShipReady ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

ShipReady provides automated security scanning for code repositories. The Service analyzes code for potential security vulnerabilities, provides fix suggestions, and generates security reports.

Account Requirements

• You must have a valid GitHub account to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan repositories you do not own or have permission to scan
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others

Subscription and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
• You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your code and repositories. ShipReady retains all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and documentation. Scan results and findings generated by the Service are yours to use as you see fit.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our scans will detect all security vulnerabilities. The Service should be used as one part of a comprehensive security strategy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
